Ruby has called to express concern regarding her neighbor, Brian Carney's intention to build a fence on his property. This apparently is encroaching on her ability to move freely in and out of her driveway. Complaint entered by John Zody
Tuesday/flagstop/Trash: She is in a wheelchair. She says that the crews pick her trash up on her back porch. She is unable to take cans to street. This is 2nd week not picked up.
