There are trash & weeds that have been put next to the utility pole between this property and the adjacent property. The trash & weeds were in the property owners yard for quite some time.

Subscriber admits late payment of bill caused disconnection. Bill was paid, she requested reconnection to expanded basic service (was specified). Was only connected to basic service. Says CSR Jennifer Lane was rude, told her she'd have to pay for another visit to have expanded added, told her she was previously getting expanded w/out paying. Subscriber says she didn't realize this, it wasn't her fault, nonetheless she asked for expanded when she paid her bill.
