Caller reported that the traffic light at South Walnut and Hillside Drive seems to be off its normal timing. Southbound drivers wanting to turn left onto Hillside are waiting a full minute for the turn arrow.

Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats. Caller complained about line of sight not being adequate for drivers traveling north on Highland attempting to turn West on Hillside. They stated their view of westbound traffic on Hillside is obstructed.
The storm drain on Eastgate Drive needs to be cleaned off.
