Citizen says she saw trash crew throw her can and it was airborne for about 10 feet. Says she constantly finds her cans all over the yard. Understands that we can't replace all cans neatly where they were found, but thinks crews could take more care in handling her trash cans.

Notice left/overweight: Other/Trash; Had notice on 2/8 got overweight - I let him know that the guys/gal do weigh cans he said no one even picked it up to check.

Other/trash: He rec'd notice saying exceeds weight limit and exceeds can limit. He refused to break it up into smaller bags. He said we need to go get it or he's going to dump the trash in the street.
Other/trash: Please go get the carpet - is tagged and smaller now. please call her if not able to get it. Thanks a lot.
