Citizen complained that there is a hose down inside the manhole and water is gushing out and going over her driveway and yard. She is afraid it will be slick.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, Insight or a sub contractor for Insight placed orange flags in the back of Mr. Grant's backyard. Mr. Grant has called Insight several calls in order to get some information regarding the type of work scheduled and a approximate construction start date. He has been told by Insight that they would check into it and receive a return call with the information. To date, Mr. Grant has not received any information from Insight.
