MR NAGEL HAS THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS REGARDING UNIVERSITY COMMONS: A). OF THE 3 ROADS THAT ACCESS THE APTS, 2 ARE BLOCKED. B). THERE IS MUD/DIRT/CONST. DEBRIS OVER THE ROADS CAUSING A HAZARD. C). THE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES PLUS A DUMPSTER IS CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE DUMPSTER IS NEAR AN INTERSECTION BLOCKING THE LINE OF SIGHT. D). Mrs. Werner called in regard to the Halloween activities that are provided by the City. She really liked the "Enchanted Forest", and feels that the current events scheduled center too much on horror, murder and overall negative ideas for children, especially young children! "When you see what's going on with children/young adults these days, the last thing the City needs to be doing is promoting such evil activity." She would like to see Halloween activities to be more like the "E.F.".

Mr. Alcorn is upset about vendor trucks parking on 3rd Street to deliver goods. He believes that they should not block one lane. He said the truck was parked at 631 East 3rd street- which does not have a alley behind the house. They also have a small parking lot.

Mr. Stewart & his wife are upset reg: the $75,000 that's going to be used for the Farmer's Market. They feel that "you're fixing something that isn't broke." They like the F's.M. jus the way it is in the old place, b/c the crowd's more vibrant. Now, they'll have that much farther to walk, and the $ could go to the skating rink to improve the ventilation with fans, by decreasing carbon monoxide for the kids.

Corner of 6th & Rogers, sidewalk has weeds growing to heights of 3-4 feet. This is the sidewalk running by Fulk Wholesale (now closed). Problem exists both on 6th St & Rogers.

Mr. Efiom brings his son to Banneker Center to play basketball. He is concerned about the staffing during the program and their lack of knowledge concerning the kids participating in the program. He feels the current staff is young and potentially unable to handle a volitile situation.
