There is a line of sight problem where Eastside Drive turns into Circle Drive. If you are looking to the left, it is very difficult to see around bushes that have become overgrown. The citizen has almost been hit at least 2 times.
There are weeds & trash & grass in the yard. THe grass needs cut, There are sticks that need picked up, There are snakes too.

She said she did water her lawn/flowers in September, because it was still warm enough. She said she spoke w/ Utilities, and they told her the Utilities Board could extend the Summer Water program, and did not.
