There is a large evergreen tree (on Clarizz to the south of the entrance to the condos) that blocks the line of sight and causes traffic turning onto Clarizz from the condo entrance to pull out onto Clarizz to see oncoming traffic. The evergreen has grown over the sidewalk and into the street.
