Mr. Smith called regarding a problem with overgrown bushes on the sw corner of 15th and Woodburn. He also said that there is an old blue Dodge PU with expired tags that is blocking the stop sign. Because of the bushes and the pu, lots of people run this stop sign.
The grass is very high and has not been cut in weeks.
Grass is close to a foot tall. This is an abandoned home.

New tenants moved in about 10 days ago and dumped furniture into the yard and never cleaned it up. No stickers and not out next to curb, in the yard.
