Mrs. Ubran called to inform the City that she believes the address is 708 S. Smith Road but not sure because its a vacant lot. The lot has not been moved for several weeks and the grass if very tall.
Overgrown weeds, house in bad shape. Called thought this house was owned by the State.
Trash; grass not mowed at rear of property; rear door open and raccoons seen coming from inside; residents keeping a dog tied to the jeep.

Caller stated that there is trash and food in the yard of 1023 W. 7th St. and furn. at 1025 W. 7th St. Citizen will call back in two weeks to see what the status is, they did not want to leave name or number becuase the owners of 7th might get it.
Yorktown apt. have moved their dumpsters and the neighbors are not happy. Trash is blowing everywhere.
House is now vacant but the former tenants had dog and the yard still smells of poop. Mr. Craig has contacted John at Housing Solutions but he did not do anything.
