Mrs. Pietsch called to complaing regarding the inappropriate time that private haulers pick up dumpsters around her residence. Her sleep is disturbed on a daily basis and its hard for her to get back to sleep.

Complaintant states that the problem is at an interection and he didn't know the exacy address. It is at the intersection of E. 5th St. and N. Clark St. there are trees blocking the N. view for buses that drive this area. They can not see oncoming traffic because of these trees.
