L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.

If you turn into the Sherwood Oaks addition off of Henderson you will see "For Sale" and arrow signs in the right-of-way. There were four obvious signs on Allendale/Bainbridge.
"RENT TO BUY" sign in the Right-of-way at the corners of 8th & Adams & Vernal Pike. The sign is so close to Ms Egan's house that it appears her house is for sale.
There are painter signs that need to be removed at the corner of college/covenanter. There are also signs that need to be removed at the corner of E. Hillside and Reveres Run. (it is in Stier Park addition)
