After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them. The house directly across from 621 S. College St. has a pathway that leads to the sidewalk. On the sidewalk there are one or two slabs of stone that causes people to trip over them.
