This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.

Trash behind "stone mansion" causing rat infestation. Also restaurant across alley uses inadequate trash containers; rats frolic in them. Rats burrow under alley pavement, road racers screaming for revenge, rat fraternizing, cows in blazers, tiki lamps flicker in the evening breeze. Sound of distant surf is an auditory hallucination. My mom used to eat crackers dunked in milk.
