fxd ph/missed pick-up/recycling: His recycling was out neatly sorted & he watched us drive right by.
missed pick-up/recycling: Puts recycling out in 35 gallon container - was told to put recycle stickers on it - they have stopped picking it up - why? If it can't be picked up then he needs more red recycle containers.
