other/trash: Someone took the trash from in front of her house (tore the sticker off) and placed it on th othr side of house - trash is there 2nd x this happened. She didn't know if crews are doing this. Wanted us to come out & take a look at it.

Other/recycling: Some recycling was picked up but not the boxes. She tried to reach the crews out there but couldn't She didn't know if anyone would be coming back.
Missed pick-up/recycling: She put her paper recycling in a cardboard box as she always has (&it got picked up). She also flattend her boxes as always-& someone left her a note saying she needs to flatten her cardboard. Can you go back and pick it up? ( I told her that was fine)
