LANDLORD ADVSD THAT THE NORTH APT HAS A PROBLEM GETTING THEIR TRASH OUT AT THE RIGHT TIME. IT IS SITTING AT THE CURB NOW AND HE WOULD LIKE OFFICER TO ADDRESS THIS SITUATION.

Deborah Shirley called for Cinergy. The electric meters are located under a stairwell in a courtyard--the area around the meters and the meters are covered w/pigeon droppings. They feel this is a health hazard to the meter readers.
There is a rental behind 821 W. 12th Court that has a small dumpster to put their trash in. The dumpster is overflowing into the backyard. Citizen states that the house has too many people and the dumpster is not big enough to accommodate the amount of trash. The house is on 11th Street between Blair Avenue and Maple Street.
There is trash everywhere. The dumpsters are over-flowing.
Behind the building of Be Hair Now (405 E. 4th St.) along the parking lot, between the buildings, there is various items of trash.
The dumpster at Fairview Terrace Apartments is over-flowing with trash. It is now on the road and bees are everywhere. Please call Hazel Richardson with the status of this complaint.

Apartments next to 320 S. Grant are allowing trash into the yard behind it and the trash container is not enclosed.
Claire states that the new residents have just pitched the trash onto the front lawn. It is a huge mess and is attracting rodents
