There is a line of sight problem where Eastside Drive turns into Circle Drive. If you are looking to the left, it is very difficult to see around bushes that have become overgrown. The citizen has almost been hit at least 2 times.
The residents are dumping egg shells, watermelon pieces in the backyard. It is attracting rats.

The dumpster for Walnut Springs is over-flowing. Trash is all over the ground and it has not been picked up.
