Sewer odor.
Sewer odor.
Mr. Koch believes that the four retention ponds that the city built to deal with storm water run off around Clarizz Boulevard is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects. He wants the city to remove some of these ponds. He would like to speak to the Storm Water Engineer regarding the need to have four ponds.
Residents not mowing grass in the back next to the drainage ditch.
Tenants moved out and left trash everywhere.
Trash piled on the north side of porch; trash pile in back of the house (east); and another trash pile in front of house. The grass also is to high.
6/10/02 Dirk went to this address to talk to the resident about reoccuring compliance issues (can exceeding weight limit, broken lid). Please do not send crews back to get trash if container exceeds weight limit. Any questions, please see me or Dirk. Thanks, Chris.

There are tree branches that are hanging down on the northeast corner of Jordan Ave. & Maxwell Lane. It is difficult for people going south on Jordan looking to the east on Maxwell Lane.
