Ms. Capestani stated that this is rental property and has tried to contact the owner to get rid of the overgrowth of weeds with no sucess. The weeds are very tall and have started to come over the top of the her fence.

This house has a private hauler who normally comes on Thursday. They set bags of trash out starting on Sunday night and add to it throughout the week. The trash gets scattered all week.

Trash has been sitting in the yard since last fall. Also look in the back yard for high grass and dead shrubs.
