PILE OF TRASH BAGS IN THE BACK YARD AND ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE THE SOFFIT HAS SEPARATED AND IS IN THE ALLEY AND THE WOOD OF THE HOME IS EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS.
