I don't know if this should go under Title VI because it is tree limbs. The resident stated that the limbs came down in the storm a couple of weeks ago and are just laying in the yard. They are pretty big in size and are very unsightly.
the problem is to be found on the east side of sare road, back of properties between 2800 thru 3300 Daniel, overgrowth of weeds and grass, difficult to pass where there are no sidewalks
Neighborhood thinks they are running a business out of this house. They see medical providers coming and going all day.
The north/south alley just west of Rogers between Dodds and Dixie is very over grown and scratches vehicles that use the alley.

The resident at 222 S. Rogers keeps throwing trash in the neighbors yard and the neighbor throws it back. There is trash everywhere and cans have been at the curb for weeks.
