faxed GA/ trash: for last two weeks crews have picked up her trash, failed to empty the can completely. They already took her sticker and left a bag of trash in can it is still sitting out.

Neighbor states that resident leaves their trash/cans out on sidewalk for at least 2-3 days before trash pickup (which is on Fridays). The yard needs to be mowed and there is a car that is parked in the front yard all the time. The neighbor stated that the resident is new to the area and needs to know City policy on these issues.
