A boat has been parked on 9th Street between Washington and Walnut (closer to Walnut) for the past few weeks, and they have not seen it moved the whole time its been parked there.

Jack called and stated that some one keeps dumping trash in the vacant lot across from him (2416 S. Rogers)
cans at the curb for > a week
trash has now all been bagged (she made a prev complaint) but it is all against the side of the house, needs to be dumped.
