Ms. Ritter stated that a street cut was done in front of her house and that the street cut has fallen in. She thought that the cut was made to repair a gas line, but said that the City made the cut?

Bloomington Convalescent Center does not have a containment for their dumpster. Dumpster is located on the right side of the street as you pull onto Wylie St. Trash and liquids on the ground.
