CUSTOMER CONCERNED BECAUSE THEY HAVE EAST MONROE AND ARE ON OUR SEWER SYSTEM. THINKS SINCE WE DON'T METER WHAT GOES INTO THE SEWER WE REALLY CAN'T BILL THEM CORRECTLY. FEELS LIKE THEY ARE BEING OVERCHARGED. I EXPLAINED THE FLAT RATE TO HIM IT DIDN'T SEEM TO HELP ANY.

Back yard has not been cut; house vacant; neighbor has been mowing the front yard.
Received complaint by mail asking that we come to the above property to see the jungle high weeds - wild planting.
At the corner of Fritz Rd. and the Bypass there are very high weeds that Mr. Clayton feels are a hazzard to drivers because they obscure the view of the road.
Lots were bushhogged in the 1000 block of Countryside Lane, but weeds were not cut across the road from 1019 Countryside Lane.
WATER IS LOW IN STOOL, THERE IS AN ODOR, AND IT IS BUBBLING
