A citizen called in to report that the block on Park in between Grimes and Bryan Park, the whole block has trash on it along with cans at the curb. He also stated that many of the rental houses on this block are over occ. and he saw a rat.
Trash is pilling up in back yard. It is blowing around the neighborhood.

Other/trash: He rec'd notice saying exceeds weight limit and exceeds can limit. He refused to break it up into smaller bags. He said we need to go get it or he's going to dump the trash in the street.

The residents living at the corner of Bell and Westwood are using a seat our of a car as a seat on thier porch. The strip mall that as has Big Red Liq. in it (in Highland Village) has trash in the alleyway that runs beside it. Jerry would like a call back after that inspector takes a look.
