Customer's address is 2102 E Wimbleton. I spoke w/ customer on 12/27/13 and advised him to contact Renee Rose in the Risk Dept and provided him with her contact #.
Customer was concerned about water running down the road on west 2nd, between b-line trail and Rogers Street.

I received a call from Ms. Toon because her rental home had received 5 to 6 inches of sewage in the basement during the storm this weekend. She said she thought this had been fixed by the city when we did our project on Wimbleton and she thinks the city should be responsible for all the expenses she is incurring. She wanted to sell the house but she won't be able to because of this issue.
Customer said a manhole cover is missing in the parking lot.
Customer would like the storm drain in front of his house cleaned off.
Ms. Murzyn said they got water into the back of their building during several rain events this summer. She said they had a landscaper do some work but he said the city needs to put a curb on Covey Lane to keep the water from coming off the road.
