Caller has witnessed many people ignoring the stop sign at the corner of Clarizz and Buick Cadillac Dr. Because some children cross at that intersection walking to Binford-Rogers, she wonders about putting in a pedestrian crossing signal or crosswalk.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
