On the south east corner of E Allen St and S Washington St (E Allen St side) there is a metal sign post within the sidewalk that has been broken off at the base and it's a safety hazard.
Ice on the road is reported on Monroe street North toward 17th street. Ms. Tietjen also expressed strong concern about city preparation and response to snow storms

Bob Brown 812-350-5117 Resident stated that there is a Mighty Tough Envirusac full of a toxic looking substance located at 1010 Sherbrook Drive in the greenway between the sidewalk and the street. It has been there approximately 2 weeks.
In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581. Claire, explained that the sidewalk at the northeast corner of the intersection of 4th/Maple has a pool of water on it because the adjacent storm drain is too high.
Someone called OOTM and wanted to file a complaint about a big bump in the road on Kirkwood headed east towards Elm St. The description they left made it sound like it was not a pothole.
Caller identified a large pothole near the manhole on Jackson Street, between 17th Street and the 1st alley on the west. Chandler Automotive says the asphalt in the alley is City property and there are potholes there as well. Apologies for the inexact location. Thanks for your help.
Complaint of buckling sidewalk outside of 1119 E. Benson Ct., right next to a fire hydrant. Kids are using sidewalk as a ramp and there is a safety concern they could possibly ramp off and injure themselves on fire hydrant.
