Phyllis & Samuel Guskin wrote re. 1725 E. Hunter Ave. They want to object to a request to subdivide existing single family residential lot at 1900 Atwater. They feel that the land is unsuitable for development because it appears to be a sinkhole. They also feel that the water retention needs should be addressed before any development is permitted. Letter was received by Util. Dept. but referred to COB Planning Dept.

Ms. Abram of B&L Rentals LLC stated she would like to request a review of cost for application for sewer at 2411 S. Milton Drive. She said she was told by Rebecca Lambert this was not part of neighborhood development and then was informed by Byron Reinhold in early 10/02 this was indeed part of neighborhood development and that hook-on fee was $3,336.73 not including the base fee of $1,280.00. Standard fee of $1,280.00 was paid on 9/6/02.

Mr. Reed stated that he conferred with Mike Bengtson re. costs before he quoted a job. Mr. Bengtson did not quote the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00. Mr. Reed requests that the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00 be returned to him because he was given misinformation.
Mr. Thomas sent in a letter regarding work that the cable company did in the utility easment behind his home.The cable company cut through a electic line causing damage to appliances in his home that he wishes to be re-payed for the appliances, as well as the bill from Cinergy for the repair of the electic line.The bill will be forwarded to the Construction manager. Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC.
