On this property on the Allen street side, AEG left a 2ft wide and 3ft deep hole. This was months ago and the homeowner has left several messages. Also across from her property on Allen Street is an even larger whole near the sidewalk that was left by AEG.
Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.
Daphne called and reported an unhoused camp that has popped up at the abandoned Arby's property. She reported there is excessive trash.
Broken Handrail on 729 Building stairway
Someone called and left a message that the traffic signal at Indiana and Atwater was cycling incorrectly. It is not in sync with the pedestrian lights. It is telling pedestrians to walk on green lights.
There is a metal service door with a hole in it and the cap to this hole is missing. This is nothing to extreme, but it could be a hazard.
I would like to make a suggestion for a bus stop at Bryan Park. I know many IU students who park at that location and walk to campus and it would be a convenience for them to be able to ride a bus in bad weather conditions, as well as a safety for them after dark. I appreciate the consideration!
Caller would like to send an inspector out to check of the exterior deck that is over a flat roof due to amount of students on the deck and safety concerns regarding the structure. Caller wished to remain anonymous and have be report this on their behalf.
Resident reports persistent speeding and disregard for stop signs on East Blue Ridge Drive in a neighborhood setting and requests increased police patrols in the area.
