Location of your Problem: 2112 Montclair Avenue Details: I'd like to make you aware of house at 2112 Montclair Avenue, which is on the corner of Montclair Court. The house is on a corner lot and the lot is filled with debris of various kinds, among them two pallets of yard rocks that have been spilling out onto the street for years, as well as discarded garden netting, piles of tree branches, tarps, an unmowed dirt mound, and so on. I live in Sycamore Knolls near the property and pass by the property and Montclair Court every day, and not only my family but also several of my neighbors talk about it as an unfortunate eyesore that, frankly, doesn't reflect the care that the rest of the neighborhood is trying to maintain. Can something be done, particularly about all of the debris that is on the side of their house open to Montclair Court? My hope is that some reasonable and diplomatic way to resolve this situation can be found, or at least that the owners can clear some of the debris from their property. Thank you.

Location of your Problem: 1821 and 1824 E Thornton Drive Details: I live on East Thornton Drive in Beechwood Manor II. I have a copy of the ordinance for our neighborhood (found in plat book 7, page 99). The ordinance states that "Every dwelling shall have a ...driveway... All residents are to park off the street on these drives..." Two of my neighbors regularly park thier cars on the street. House 1821 parks one of their cars on the street, and house 1824 parks 2 cars on the street. This is becoming an issue because snow plows cannot clear snow effectively and the trash trucks need to pull back and forth multiple times to turn around in the cul-de-sac. Location of your Problem: 408 S S. Jordan Details: Our neighbors have failed to use their trash cans which are laying beside the trash bags that sit next to their side door. We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage.
