Location of your Problem: 408 S S. Jordan Details: Our neighbors have failed to use their trash cans which are laying beside the trash bags that sit next to their side door. We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. Between 8th & 9th Streets on Fairview weeds have taken over the sidewalk. Citizen states that she has to walk into the streets because the sidewalk is impassable.

"Will you please let an Officer know that at 403 N. Walnut on the south side of the building, bushes are growing over the sidewalk making it difficult to pass. They need a warning ticket and follow up. Thanks!! Susie"
