Robert Scanlon Jr. located at 1480 N Arlington Dr. Apt 702, Bloomington, IN 47404 is in possession of marijuana. He smokes it on a daily basis. He has two small children who stay with him sometimes. I'm concerned for their safety. Robert purchases the marijuana from two co-workers Casey Daemon and her wife Tienisha Daemon. There is a Pace Bike that appears to be abandoned in our bike rack at Community Kitchen, 1515 S. Rogers St. The lock is broken and hand grips are missing. I've tried calling the phone number on the Pace website and it is not functioning.
