Hello! There has been an RV parked in our neighborhood street for around a month, and does not have tags. Individuals come and go from it frequently, to the house it's parked in front of and to the RV. I am concerned about the safety it presents to people in our area. This place is filthy! There is shit everywhere and they even have little kids playing around in trash. There car plates expired in May. WTF Bloomington? Why aren't they being forced to clean up their shithole? Why isn't someone checking on the wellbeing of their children? Why are they still driving with long expired temp tags? FFS do something
