I reported this previously and I received a response that all signs are clearly marked (apparently not). The signs indicating "One Way" on the corner of E 6th and Grant, and for that matter, at any intersection on E 6th Street, are not sufficient. There need to be *large* signs indicating DO NOT ENTER to vehicles attempting to turn left onto E 6th from two-way roads that run perpendicular (i.e. Grant, Lincoln). The current signage is not sufficient. Please fix this before a pedestrian or a driver is seriously injured.

Yesterday, for the first time, my garbage container was emptied but not my recyclables bin--they were out together. As it is full, I either need an extra pickup--or to be able to leave another container (old trash barrel)of recyclables out next Wednesday. Thanks, Jim Barnes, 1305 S. uReport Case #166260: Hi, This repair has not been made yet. There are no indications that a utility locator service has marked the immediate area. The cone disappeared a long time ago & school buses keep running over the storm inlet. Was wondering when the repair might happen? If the grate collapses, it's going to seriously damage a vehicle. Theft of holiday lawn ornaments/ animal figures This happened between 12:30-5:30 am. We’ve had these for 20 years. There has been a rash of these thefts, and neighbors are quite concerned Paula Thatcher 812-219-7809

There's a box truck driving laps around downtown that has led screens on all sides displaying advertisements. Fine with ads and all, but come nightfall it's so blindingly bright that I can't see the road.

A flashing light in Mills pool for almost 4 months. It sets off my migraines, and I have to look at it as I’m pulling out of MACCUM dropping off my kids every weekday. Someone please go and check if it needs to be flashing.
