South Fess Avenue has neighbors parking on both sides of the street despite having driveways. This is not just a tight squeeze for a normal car to get through, but the mail man cannot get through, and emergency vehicles like an ambulance or fire truck certainly would not be able to. Could a “no parking” sign on one side of the street be looked into for the safety of the South Fess residents and for Templeton Elementary School?

Have had low water pressure since I move in but it became extremely low after around 8pm Thursday eve and continues to be little more than trickle.
A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. Hello! The intersection of 17th st and Kinser Pike has two left turn lanes each direction off 17th st turning both North and South onto Kinser Pike. The left turn green arrow does not get activated when there is only one car in either direction. I've seen it not get activated when there two cars. These left turns are dangerous for many reasons. This is the crest of a hill and they are basically blind turns when making a left and traffic generally speeds through this intersection very fast. If the left turn green arrow is not activated and there is someone else sitting in the opposite left turn lane facing us, there is no way to see what cars are coming without inching our front ends into the lane hoping we don't get hit and then proceeding with the aforementioned blind turn. I'm asking that the City of Bloomington make the left turn signal green arrows turning off of 17th onto Kinser Pike in both the North and South direction be activated with only one car in the lane.
