Tree fell on west side of road near 2000 block of S High St. End of felled log is quite close to the edge of the street, possibly posing a safety hazard. Someone dragged debris out of street and tossed onto the east easement. Could someone come by and cut the felled trunk back away from the street and pick up the debris in the easement?

Hello, For the last 2+ weeks a large blue and cream area rug has been spread on the south side of the lawn at 1412 South Grant Street. Early on, it was in good enough shape to possibly appeal to a passer by, but it has now been ruined by rain. Ancient red bug tree is dropping five inch diameter branches into the street. It's in the city of bloomington's right of way on the corner of Cambridge and Sheffield drive. It's getting to be a hazard any tall truck that drives by limbs fall down on them and when the wind blows.
