I own and live in a property at 118 N. Jackson St. The alley that runs directly by our home (runs parallel between Kirkwood and 6th Street) has become extremely overgrown in the last two years. It's often a dumping ground for clothes, junk and drugs (yes, I have photos of various people hiding items in the brush for others to retrieve). Heretofore, my girlfriend and I are the only people picking things up when clothes and junk are dumped in the alley. I would love a city clean up of brush, limbs, overgrowth and trash and feel like a better looking alley would not lend itself to discarded items so often. I've included one photo from my kitchen window of one (of several) instances in which a seemingly homeless man was hiding/exchanging items in the brush for (what i assume must be) other individuals to find. I of course realize this alley is never going to get a garden award but do believe shaping it up and removing much of the brush would help this situation greatly.

House located at 3005 E. Daniel St. in Kensington has the appearance of being abandoned from the exterior. Yard has never been kept up, and nobody has been seen at this home in over a month. Front porch looks like it is falling down, yard is a major eye-sore, everything is overgrown. Mailman says he has seen nobody there in a very long time. Something needs to be done to the exterior.

The Highland St. side of 1216 E. 2nd St has trees and vines 4 feet into the roadway. With no sidewalk, pedestrian must move far out into the street. Cars cannot park. Parking sign is obscured. Street sweepers swing around the area, creating ever more debris in the gutter.

A school zone speed limit sign is completely obscured by the overgrown bushes/tree on the north side of Hunter between Highland and Ballentine.

#166419 Drainage or Runoff: Other: Hello, I am a property owner in the shadow creek subdivision and wish to file an anonymous complaint against the owner of the property at 1527 s andrew circle. I could not figure out how to manipulate your location map above so please ignore that address. I am building a house on the adjoining lot and am concerned about the serious flooding every time it rains. It has gotten worse since additional dirt has been added to the lot , and since i last reported the problem to the city last summer. Please see the picture attached and make a drive by for yourself to verify. It may overflow its banks tonight with the heavy rain that is predicted. It could flood my basement and the downhill neighbor potentially. But more important to the neighborhood and the city are the potentials for mosquitoes and even children or animals getting hurt in there. It should be an easy fix for the builder to rework the dirt he put in there to fill in the low spots and raise the grade for natural gravity drainage until he actually builds a house there. Thank you for your prompt attention to the issue . It seems to have been ignored after my previous complaint which was before the previous owner(developer ?) sold it. At 900 W Kirkwood Ave, in front of the gates at our company, there seems to be a continuous pooling/running of water right at the sidewalk. It runs into the road and then east on the street. With colder weather coming, our concern is it freezing and causing more problems.
