When our recycling bin was sat down by the city truck this morning the wheel fell off. The plastic tube holding the tire broke. I left the can and parts by the street so someone from your department can pick it up, fix it or replace it. Our bin number is 0917026479. 835 W. Rosewood Drive, Bloomington, IN 47404. My e-mail address is christaylor@hughes.net. My cell is 812-327-3300. Thank you! Chris and Vince Taylor
The street light in our cul-de-sac is very sporadic lately. Goes off an on with no rhyme or reason. We've been burglarized before so we are uneasy when our area is so dark without the light that usually functions properly. Thank you.
There are two young deer trapped behind the fence of the retaining pond at Summit Pointe Apartments. They will likely not have enough food or shelter this winter in that small space.
The street light on North Monroe St. where it intersects with Cottage Grove is out and the resulting darkness is a security issue for residents. Please repair
Abandoned car at the corner of West Cottage Grove and North Monroe St has been there for over 8 months. Has junk tires stacked on top of it as well.

(see photo) Although this may look like a private driveway, it is not. This is a city alley. My property is 708, 710, and 712 N. Oolitic St. This alley runs behind it. If one looks at a City plot map, it can be seen that this is a city right-of-way running from W. 11th St. to W. 12th St, to 13th, 14th...etc. For the longest time, this alley right-of-way was unused. Then Habitat built some houses on Lindbergh, so the city reopened sections of the alley to be used by the Habitat residents. As you can see, it is paved with gravel. To my knowledge, it has never received another layer since the original. Since all the potholes around the city are being repaired, I am hoping these "potholes" can be as well. There is a large drop off from the blacktop of 12th St and we have practically constant mud in the water holes. Also, as you can see, we have grass growing through. Would it be possible to have some new gravel spread - at least on the lower section where the mud holes are? It would be greatly appreciated.
There is a big soft spot that is now beginning to pump up mud on N. Oolitic Dr at the intersection of W. 11th St. Any chance of getting this fixed?
Would it be possible to get crosswalk lines painted on N. Oolitic Dr at West 11th St.?
