Near the power substation on Rogers across the street from Switchyard Park the multi-use path on the west side of Rogers is covered in gravel. The gravel runs the length of the substation north to south and needs to be swept up This is dangerous. As part of the B-Line detour, this should be deemed unacceptable for the City to allow for such unsafe conditions.
Neighbor isn't using his city appointed trash bins, leaves them on his back porch. Animals get into them/wind blows his trash into my yard. Been this way about a year. I have more video/photos to prove it.

Several weeks ago I reported an abandoned vehicle at 1602 W. 7th. It's still there, what's up with that?
Third time to report an abandoned vehicle behind 1602 W. 7th St. After I reported it the second time, someone came and told me it would be gone in a week. It's still there, a month later.
I just got a bill for well over one thousand dollars., It is just not possible that I used that much water. How do I challenge this bill?
I was crossing walnut and miller drive light today on my walk signal when a city of Bloomington trash truck nearly ran me over. If I hadn't jumped back in time I would be dead right now. I had the right of way as it was at the crosswalk on the walk signal. They never even slowed down. I am requesting if there is any surveillance of this light if it could be looked at around 12:30pm on 5/27. I was too shook up to get a number or anything from the truck but I feel this is something that should be brought up to the drivers of the truck that they need to look out for legally crossing pedestrians.
Hello, We have reached out before but nothing’s big has been done. Opposite our house is a vacant lot which has a city meter on it. Trash including diapers and an old armchair have been dumped there. It’s been slowly rotting for years. It’s an eye sore and also encourages more dumping in this area. It’s at the corner of w. 12th and N. Oolitic dr.
City Tree: I have previously spoken with the Director of the forestry dept in Park and Rec regarding this issue, but the issue has yet to be resolved. He said that the tree should be take care of at some point this Spring. I'm still hoping and waiting. The tree is a very large/tall dead Ash tree. The tree is a "City tree" along my property. The tree is very tall, is an Ash, and is dead. I would really hope that it would be taken down before it falls down and before it spreads many more emerald ash borers. The Tree is along West 12th Street at the corner of my property and the gravel alley the runs in the direction of W. 11th.
Referencing Case #168961 Actual address is 712 N. Oolitic but the GIS won't pinpoint there - city Ash tree back corner beside alley. Any updates? I am more than ready to re-seed the area once the tree and stump are removed.
