Coming back to case #166781. What did the inspector find out? There are still vehicles on the grass, one does not even have a license plate. There are bags with garbage (or something) in front of the garage door and multiple tires stacked up in the yard. It still looks like a junk yard. I am talking about the house on the right side of 500 Eastside Drive, adjacent to the Hunter foot path.

There is a broken window pane laying in the street along with its wooden frame. It is broken into many small pieces. It will be a big job picking them all up. It is on Allen St. midway between Lincoln St. and Washington St.

Let's see where do I begin...I live at Evolve and last night a room above me was partying, stomping their feet at 2AM-3AM and I woke up and piece of my ceiling cracked and found my dust on my blanket. I do not know how Evolve got this place up in a year. Their building needs to be inspected. I heard that construction workers were told to spray paint mold because of the rain the building accumulated over time during construction. That is unacceptable. This complex needs to be investigated. The only reason why I haven't moved out is because they would provide us with subpar living conditions that are not even good. My friend was given an option to stay at the Days Inn. Wow. a Days Inn? Compare that to what we pay at Evolve. This place is absolutely not up to code and I am confident you would find that something when you walk into the building. Please take this matter seriously otherwise myself and a group of my advocates will file a lawsuit against them because of opening this place up early and filled with issues. The list is endless.
Thank you.

Northeast corner on alleyway next to First United Methodist Church on Washington between Kirkwood and 4th Streets. This broken-up pavement makes coming off this sidewalk onto the alleyway fairly dangerous if you're in a wheelchair.

The Winslow/S. Walnut intersection is such a mess, especially when you're heading west. There is only 1 westbound lane & traffic gets so backed up if someone is trying to turn left to head south on Walnut. Since the straight & left turn lanes are the same now, can the lights be changed? It would be good if only 1 direction goes at a time. Westbound has green light for turning & straight traffic, while eastbound has a red light. Then it reverses. I used to take that route every day coming home from work. Now I go an entirely different way because it's really out of control. People sit there for several rounds of green lights when the person in front is trying to turn left. Please consider this as a solution?
