Kidnappers and house buying scams! Now that we have your attention -- please remove these ugly / junk signs for escape rooms and house buying phone numbers from Winslow & Walnut. On the north east corner there are five - count them, five - signs posted on utility poles and next to the road and sidewalk. This is absurd.

167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? Thank you for investigating and potentially resolving.
