Hello, I currently have a parking permit through my job at the Garage on 7th Street and Walnut. I've noticed that the garage hasn't been charging users for about 2 months now. I am wondering when you are going to install the gates at the exit and start charing people again? It is a bit frustrating to pay for a permit and have to park on the roof when you know many are parking for free there. From a financial perspective I may not renew my permit if I can just park there for free. I saw an article in the HT this morning about changes to parking enforcement but the garage on 7th and Walnut was not mentioned in it. When will you start charging to park at the garage on 7th Street and walnut again? Will there be change in parking regulations at the garage? Thank you for your time and information. -Amber Mestre

Good afternoon, We are at 300 N Jordan and have a honey bee hive between the 2nd and 3rd floor of our building. We do not want IU to exterminate them. Street lamp on the SE corner of Lincoln and 11th periodically goes out then comes back on a few moments later. If it is due for replacement, please replace with a yellow-orange bulb to match the majority of the others in the neighborhood, not a bright white one such as those at Cottage Grove/Grant and Cottage Grove/Lincoln. They cast a harsh and unpleasant light. Thank you.

As the city refuses to put a light at the entrance of Blue Ride and N. Walnut you need to lower the speed limit starting at the light at Cascades. When turning left out of the neighborhood it is somewhat blind, so you can often pull out and a car comes right up on you. The speed limit on Tapp from 37 is much lower with no business or a neighborhood.

A car lost control on northbound Dunn Street towards heading towards Lake Griffy dam. This photo is a street light she hit and dislodged on North Dunn Street across from Lakewood Drive at the entrance to Blue Ridge housing addition. I believe a contributing factor to this accident is the many warning signs on northbound Dunn Street leading up to this location that are covered with leaves and branches, obscuring them. I have additional photos of the signs covered with so many leaves that you can hardly see them.

Someone busted a bunch of bottles along part of the trails on the bluffs on the south side of Lake Griffy nad left the broken glass all over. I've circled the area on this map where it can be found.
