House located at 3005 E. Daniel St. in Kensington has the appearance of being abandoned from the exterior. Yard has never been kept up, and nobody has been seen at this home in over a month. Front porch looks like it is falling down, yard is a major eye-sore, everything is overgrown. Mailman says he has seen nobody there in a very long time. Something needs to be done to the exterior.
I've been emailing for a year now about the fact that I am being billed for a medium garbage can but actually have a small one. Perhaps this method will work better.

Water is out at 3000 E Daniel st. Near Hyde park.
Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection. Resident would greatly appreciate a reply to his complaint. Please see Julio for copy of inquiry.
