There is a crater sized pothole near the intersection of W Clear Creek Rd and South Rogers ST. FIX THIS NOW!!!! I have already blown a tire and possibly a rim on this hole and now have to get it fixed tomorrow instead of going to work. We have had warm weather, I don't understand why its so hard for you guys to get off your asses and fix the potholes on the county roads. Thanks for nothing

From W. 3rd street to Highland Park Elementary on S. Park Square Drive, the road is littered with potholes. Our buses are taking a hit. Drivers have been observed swerving into the other lane to try to avoid them. There have been many close call accidents because of drivers trying to avoid the potholes. Please don't just do a psych job. This section of road needs to be completely repaved.

There was a large husky fighting with every dog in the Ferguson Dog Park today. Our two golden retrievers got attacked. I did not get info from the owner of the husky but he did nothing and was sitting under the shelter. Ridiculous. Also, there was a guy with a black or dark grey Toyota 4Runner with a brown and white colored hunting dog. He dragged the dog out of the back of the car by the collar and dangled it. He was dangling that poor dog like it was on a noose. He was hitting the dog and being abusive. We will not be back to this park ever. It makes me nauseous seeing some of the things that went on today. I know nothing will be done but I wanted this noted.

At Ferguson Dog Park there are a couple large mud pits. I and others have noticed there are dogs using the bathroom in these pits and i'm worried dogs will get sick. Not to mention how dirty they get. A lot of water is being wasted cleaning all the dogs. Is there a way these pits could get filled in? I would also like to thank you all for maintaining the dog park. We absolutely love going there and do so four times a week.

Grass is an inappropriate parking location for scooters. Particularly grass, including newly seeded, in front residential yards. After reported concern recently, a Lime rep. came by and said 4021 E. Morningside was not a drop-off or parking location. Twice within the last week of that Lime rep. visit (including this morning) there has been another parked scooter where I am trying to grow grass first thing in the morning. Whether a drop-off by Lime or a Lime user early in the morning parking on my corner, Lime needs to see to it that this stops. If Lime cannot control the parking, the City should or zones be established for Lime riders to park that the app directs riders to. Thank you. I am not opposed to scooters, in fact I appreciate the option, but I am opposed to them damaging my yard without recourse and others similarly situated would feel likewise. A sidewalk is available in front of my home but no extra pavement so the scooter cannot be parked without blocking the sidewalk accessibility for those who need it. This location does not work for scooter parking purposes. Lime, please do better.

4013 East Bennington, IN 47401. Reference Case #170755. On 1/7/2019, I was told that replacement part was ordered for the new pole and light that was installed recently. "Replacement part has been ordered. Duke Energy informed us that work order 34470388 is still open and needed an additional ten working days from 11-01-2019." Today the light still does not work. When can the part be installed?

I live at 4015 E Stonegate Ct., Bloomington In. I live in Stonegate Addition. Last spring I called the Street Department requesting that someone come and look at our little street. It is breaking apart. Now at the entrance to our addition there are several potholes that are forming. They will be large before to long. And again I request you/someone look at our street. I don't think it has been repaved since the addition was built. The Street Department came some years ago when I requested they to come look at the street. You/Street Department came right away and put down long stripes of paving which I really appreciated because it made our street really nice again. But now, especially in front of the mailboxes, it is breaking up badly. I know the Street Department can't do repair work in the cold weather we are expecting next week, but I'd like to be put on the list for pothole repair at the entrance as soon as possible and when spring/summer comes please look at our little street to see if you can once again put down some paving to cover the broken areas. Vehicle has been abandoned in front of apartment front door for over 3 months now. It does not run and they have left it piled to the ceiling with garbage. The owners do not reside here and it poses a health hazard as well as obstructing parking and access in and out of apartment that has no other entrance or exit.
