This abandoned vehicle: - is 3 or more model years old - mechanically inoperable - on private property but couldn't be more clearly visible to public property - has been sitting in its location for well past 20 days. There is an excessive amount of debris on the road between 902 and 1117 N. Illinois St. Also, Illinois Ct. is littered with debris as well.

The screenshot shows something I posted in Facebook. I am suggesting that the City "re-wild" this stretch of Bryan Park where the underground spring bubbles up to the surface. Maybe just on a trial basis, stop mowing? As I recall something like that was down with "feeder" stream. Another model would be the area on IU campus near the Jordan garage and School of Ed. Also, a BIG thank you for not using leaf-blowers to sweep the playgrounds any more.
