167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. There is a pothole on east Rhorer road, right past Jackson Creek Middle School. It has rapidly enlarged in the last few days, and I am worried it will ruin someone's car
Kidnappers and house buying scams! Now that we have your attention -- please remove these ugly / junk signs for escape rooms and house buying phone numbers from Winslow & Walnut. On the north east corner there are five - count them, five - signs posted on utility poles and next to the road and sidewalk. This is absurd.

Newly installed fencing is trashed pallets. What a bummer. This should not be allowed in the name of sustainability or reclaimed goods! This is an owner-occupied neighborhood with residents that have been living here for decades. They're the pillars of Broadview. New owners moved in and regardless of good intent, have immediately turned this upside down.
One more signal seems to be reset back to original settings.

This pothole hits hard. I think it was filled in less than a month ago too.
