Massive pothole. It destroyed my tire.

Bradford Pears (invasive species) located at Monroe Water Treatment Plant. The two trees are located at the discharge point of a surface drain. More importantly, the trees are located directly adjacent to the Hoosier National Forest, which is just a mere 50ft away (across Shady Side Dr). Currently, the trees are bearing fruit. It appears that these fruits' seeds have the opportunity to traverse the slope and end up in our watershed, tainting the Hoosier National Forest, as an invasive species. The trees should be removed ASAP, as part of the City's initiative to systematically remove Bradford Pear trees from public property. Given the proximity to the National Forest and in the confines of the Lake Monroe watershed, this is a priority site.
recycle bin was stolen
This trash pile overflows into the street and sidewalk constantly.
The S. Walnut / Miller Drive traffic light isn't working properly after the utility work was done at the intersection last month. The Miller Dr light cycles green when there are no cars and it stays red on S. Walnut for 40 seconds...way too long for no cars on Miller.
I don't believe the lights are working along the east side of the Winslow Sports Complex walking/running trail. I think the photocell is out.
Backing into the parking spots is not accessible. It takes too long to back into a spot and other cars honk at each other. I yelled that cars behind me had to back up, and they told me to shut the fuck up. Not conducive. Please change them back to front end parking. Please bring peace back to bloomington

street lamp out on light on west side of East Winslow Farm Drive (pond side of street, across street from 523 E Winslow Farm Drive), between E Moss Creek Drive and E Hickory Stick Drive
I moved out of this property in January due to unsafe living conditions. There was a cracked foundation and slumping overhang. Our former neighbors have since reported that no outdoor work was done to the home.
